Pickup, Gift Requests & Returns
Send a pickup request when you want help choosing baby gifts, classic children's pieces, nursery accents, or thoughtful home finds. Online pickup requests are not paid orders, and availability is confirmed only after the shop replies.
How Pickup Requests Work
Choose a few gift edits from the site, then email the shop your wishlist for availability, sizing, gift wrap, and pickup help. The team will reply with guidance before anything is held or prepared.
Pickup Timing
Same-day help may be available during store hours, especially for simple gift requests. Timing depends on the item, gift-wrap needs, and how busy the boutique is that day.
Gift Wrap & Gift Notes
Include any wrap preferences, note wording, color direction, or occasion details in your request. Gift wrap options may vary by item and season. LG Scott's & Co. will confirm what is available when they reply.
Holds & Availability
Pickup requests do not guarantee inventory or create a paid online order. We'll confirm hold timing when we reply, along with any size, color, or substitution options that may fit your gift.
Shipping
LG Scott's & Co. is currently pickup-first. Shipping may be considered for select items or special requests, but it is not guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused, unworn items with tags and gift receipts are typically easiest to exchange. Seasonal items, special requests, opened bath products, and final sale merchandise may not be returnable. Please contact the shop for the current return window and item-specific guidance.
